How will my contribution be used?
All contributions go directly toward the foundation’s core activities and active aid programs, which you can explore on our website. A small percentage may be used for operational costs to sustain our team’s work (strictly within legal limits), as the foundation cannot function without it. You can always view the detailed allocation of funds in our annual reports.
How does the monthly subscription work?
This is the easiest way to support our cause sustainably. You choose an amount you are comfortable with, and it is automatically deducted from your card once a month on the same day. You can change the subscription amount, update your linked card, change the billing date, or cancel your subscription completely at any time.
What should I do if my payment fails?
This usually happens for three reasons: an online purchase limit on your card, insufficient funds, or a bank glitch. Please check your limits in your banking app or try an alternative payment method (like Apple Pay / Google Pay). If the issue persists, email us at office@centersocial.org, and we will be happy to help you figure it out.
Can I donate to a specific project or need?
Yes, absolutely. If you wish to support a specific fundraiser or aid program, please do so directly on its dedicated page on our website — this ensures your funds are earmarked exclusively for that cause. General donations made on this page are directed to wherever the need is most urgent right now.
Does the foundation have non-profit status?
Yes, our foundation is an officially registered non-profit organization with the non-profit status code 0036 (charitable organizations). In accordance with Ukrainian law, we do not pay income tax, do not engage in commercial activities, and direct all raised funds exclusively toward our charitable goals and statutory activities.
